A new BuildERS paper just came out, with the title: "Resilience in care organisations: challenges in maintaining support for vulnerable people in Europe during the COVID-19 pandemic"
The paper discusses how care organisations have had trouble in providing the same support as before to vulnerable categories as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The cause? An overburdened workforce coupled with a lack of internal crisis plans and guidelines from the government.
